Estimated shipping to our work space is 50-100$ USD depending on your location.
- Customer will only pay for the shipping fee going to Philippines (Where our embroidery team is). We will ship back your jacket for free. Don't forget to mark them as a gift and at a 50$ USD or lower value. We will ship back your jacket for and in the same process as well to prevent additional fees.
- Turn Time of Custom is 5-15 Business Days depending on how complex the design and when we will receive the jacket. Shipping is about 3-10 business days depending on which Country or State you reside in.
- Once you make the order you will receive a 3-Step Instruction on how you could proceed with your order.
- Patience and Reading is key. All Sales are final.
NOTE : Email support@lise-lab.com for your desired design with your Order Number.Also email your Full Name, Contact Number and Return Address. Image should be clear when sending your design.
We are not responsible for the following problems :
1. Failing to mention Order Number for the design that would lead to delays and/or a problem with the design.
2. Failing to send a clear image and /or color that would lead to problems with the embroidery design.
3. Late address changes and other order changes 48 hours from ordering.
For the design embroidery, color discrepancies and color deviation might occur which is normal. Since we can’t copy the exact shades of colors.
If you order from this it means you agree with the mentioned terms and would accept that all sales are final. The costumer has no right for a refund if it falls into the these categories.
